Loved how caring the staff was towards my cat who had an emergency. They kept me informed the entire time and treated him like he was one of their own. Love this place!

I don't even know where to start. I have been taking my pets to Maple Lane for a while now and I couldn't be more happy! Dr. Gardner has been amazing and take the most wonderful care of my fur babies (I have quite a few :) ). First let me talk about my pug Mini. I adopted her a few years ago very overweight. She was at a whopping 36 pounds! She has been seen by other vets but none of them cared as much as she did. About a year ago she started having seizures. I was devastated, the entire team at Maple Lane didn't hesitate to get her in immediately! Dr. Ann Gardner got her seizures under control and has help me understand tremendously about how her weight was affecting her. With the help of the staff Mini is down to 23 pounds! She hasn't had a seizure since I can't remember when! Without them, I don't know if she would still be with me. This is just the tip of my iceberg! Maple Lane has helped me with my kitty that was unable to pee, my dog Abby who is scheduled next week to have surgery on her knee. As far as prices go, can't beat their prices! I have never felt overcharged. I can tell the whole staff cares about me and my pets!
I would give this practice 0 stars if Google allowed it. This is the worst, most inconsiderate, uncaring group of people I've probably ever come across. My fiance and I had our dog stolen out of our home and he was taken here (where he had been in the past -- registered under my fiance's name???) and treated and microchipped. When we first called them to find out if he had been there, Cassie was super helpful in figuring everything out with us and helping us out. However, Tabitha... what a witch. She was rude, genuinely did NOT care about the issue we were having, and made it no secret. I called today to ask her a question about my dog's treatment after we got him back, and before I could even get the sentence out she was interrupting me and telling me that she was uncomfortable talking about my situation and I would need to call back on a day she was not there. Well, Tabitha, I'm uncomfortable with the fact that you let my dog be registered to someone else and then proceeded to tell us we can't change his microchip. You might as well have said, "I don't give a f*** about your problem." I then spoke with Ann, and she told me she "appreciated my situation" but that she could not help further and that I needed to stop calling because "this is a hospital and I have animals here trying to die." Well Ann, good to know you can't even do your job of keeping animals alive. My dog was physically stolen from our house and they didn't act for one minute like they cared or sympathized with how worried and distressed we were. Save yourself time and DO NOT go to this office. It is full of heartless, awful people.
