My fiancé bought mt engagement ring here. Wearing it only 24 hours one of the diamonds fell out. They fixed it for us for free but kinda had an attitude about me being upset. The attitude was that "things happen sometimes" and they aren't required or expected to fix it for us for free but they will. So thankfully thwy did replace the diamond for free but the whole time I was concerned my concerns were just brushed off. They fixed my ring by adding more prongs so it's stronger, but the stones were not set evenly. They also scratched it a little on the gold which can be easily fixed. The diamond they replaced is semi fluorescent. After expressing my concern about making sure I didnt get a fluorescent diamond i still did. We drove 3 hours there and 3 hours back to have it fixed, I don't think I'll be driving that fsr to have it fixed again. I didnt bother. However, they do have good quality 2nd hand jewelry for good pricing.

This is a great store to pick for antiques! The salesperson I worked with gave me great deals on multiple items. I just happened upon it driving north from NC, and now I am certainly going to stop every time I head up the interstate!

The staff was rude, I took an item in just to see how much they valued it at and thanked them for their time but didn't think they were offering me a good price for it. As I began to put it back in the box I was told that I obviously had paid too much for it and should just be happy I got that offer. Do not waste your time with these rude people. I was perfectly fine not selling it as I didn't feel the offer was fair and gave them no hassle about it and they began belittling me and my item for no reason.
